Can I sell directly to my favorite local restaurant, hotel or grocery store?
No. As a Unicorn Affiliate with Unicorn Distillery, you are not licensed to sell in this capacity. Unicorn Affiliates sell color-changing liquor to friends, family, coworkers, etc. through their personal Consulting Business Website.
What is a Consulting Business Website?

Your Consulting Business Website is the website from which you sell Unicorn color-changing liquor. After you sign up and choose a custom username, your website is set up for you. (It’ll look like this.) You then send that link to family, friends and your social media followers.

Can I order a couple of cases of vodka and/or tequila, and sell them at the event so my customers can walk away from the event with their order in hand?

No. You are not licensed or authorized to sell directly to customers in this way. All orders must be placed through your personal Consulting Business Website and shipped directly by FedEx.

What if someone leaves a tasting and receives a DUI?
It is your responsibility to serve small tasting portions of Unicorn Distillery vodka and tequila – that’s why you receive a 2 oz measured shot glass as part of the Starter Kit. You may not continue to knowingly or deliberately serve vodka and/or tequila to an intoxicated guest.
Do I need to ask for ID from each guest?
It is your responsibility to discuss this with your Host to ensure that all invited guests are 21 years or older. You should ask for ID before serving any guests. You may not serve vodka and/or tequila to anyone who is underage.
Do I need a license or permit to pour and serve vodka and/or tequila at in-home events?
No, you do not need a license or permit for in-home or in-office events if the event is private, for invited guests, the host provides the alcohol or you provide it, the drinks are complimentary, there is no cost of admission and the venue location does not require an alcohol and beverage (“ABC”) permit. If you pour Unicorn Distillery vodka and/or tequila at public events, you may need an alcohol and beverage (“ABC”) permit. Please contact info@unicorndistillery.com for more information.
What tax rates are applied and how are they calculated?
Tax rates are calculated based on state, county and city sales tax. Some counties and cities within a state charge additional taxes. When completing an order form, inform customers that the software program will calculate the appropriate sales tax.
Can I use my own content that I create?

Subject to the Unicorn Brand Guidelines & Brand Standards and the Unicorn Distillery Terms of Use, you have the right to use your own content that you create in order to promote yourself, the Unicorn Affiliate Program and/or the Unicorn Products related to the user hashtag that you are assigned when becoming an Affiliate. We of course have the right to use the content anyway we want and will own the full rights to any content you share in connection with the Unicorn Affiliate Program.
