Color-Changing Vodka Soda
Our magic vodka will cascade cobalt blue down the glass full of ice, and the addition of soda water will transform the drink to a rich purple. Unicorn Butterfly Pea Vodka also adds a subtle, floral note to the drink.
History of the Vodka Soda
Joseph Priestley invented carbonated water, independently and by accident, in 1767. He discovered a method of infusing water with carbon dioxide after suspending a bowl of water above a beer vat at a brewery in Leeds, England.
