What is a vodka and cranberry juice called?
The most common, modern name for this cocktail is just vodka cranberry. However, Ocean Spray originally marketed the drink in the 1940s as, “the Red Devil.” It soon became more well known as the “Cape Codder,” and has also gone by “Rangoon Ruby” (and more) over the decades.
